Week 2: Day 7

When we first arrived at work on Saturday we had to wait for the T.A.'s to grade the exams that we had taken on Thursday. This was obviously a stressful time for us because we were anxious to get our grades. When we finally got the graded exams back, we were mostly pleased with how we did. The average was about 80%, which everyone was happy about. After we examined our tests we were given some time to start the midterm presentations which were due a few days after. The two teams spent their time dividing up the work, deciding what to include in the presentation and, most importantly, coming up with creative team names.

After spending a couple hours working on the presentations, we left the office early so that we could go to Miracle Gardens, an enormous garden with creative floral attractions. We walked around the garden for an hour or so looking and cars and houses that were covered in beautiful flowers. They even had a replica of the Burj Khalifa, which we dubbed the "Bush Khaleafa". Overall we had a fairly relaxing day, which was much needed after all the work we have completed over the past two weeks.
